THE LEGAL BIT

The Kernow Foil Classic is hosted and run by Poseidon Watersports a trading name of Trident Boardsports LTD which will manage the safe running of this event. The event has full permission and endorsement by relevant authorities and and owners and operates as a fully insured prone, wingfoiling, foil assist and parawing competition with the objective to aid the development and community of hydrofoiling . 

It should be noted that riders enter this competition understanding the risks involved, how to avoid them and so participate entirely at their own risk. 

Riders are also required to abide by the event code of conduct which will be presented to riders ahead of competition days and the foil fest. Any riders not adhering to guidance and safety rules will be asked to leave the area if their actions risk others, themselves or the perception of this event or foiling.

Poseidon will manage beach and on water safety within the competition zone during green lighted competition periods for registered riders. It is not responsible for people riding outside of the competition format.
